Woodlea is a fantastic 2 bedroomed home, accommodating 4-5 people.
It is set in it's own private grounds with lovely views towards the bay and Goatfell.
Being peacefully situated just beside the Glenartney it is very convenient for the amenities Brodick has to offer.
The accommodation consists of;
(there's a pullout bed- making a large double and a single bedded room)
A dining area with patio doors leading onto the back garden and the wonderful views
A well equipped kitchen looking out to Goatfell and Brodick Bay 
Included in the kitchen is;
A dishwasher, electric cooker , frdge, microwave,filter coffee maker, microwave,washing machine and tumble dryer
There is electric heating through out the property.
The fully enclosed back garden is full of beautiful shrubs, plants andthere's even a little herb garden for guests to use.
A lock up shed for outdoor gear and cycle storage.
There is off road parking for 2 cars.

Tea, coffee,milk, juice, bread, butter, jams and cereals are provided for your first day to ensure you settle in
The 2010 weekly rate is
£425.00 October, November, December, January and February
£525.00 for March, April May, June, September, October
£575.00 for July and August.
Easter week is £575.00
Christmas and New Year is not available
We ask for £100 deposit upon booking and full payment 4 weeks before your stay begins.
