Woodlea is a fantastic 2 bedroomed home, accommodating 4-5 people. 

It is set in it's own private grounds with lovely views towards the bay and Goatfell. 

Being peacefully situated just beside  the Glenartney it is very convenient for the amenities Brodick has to offer. 

Woodlea is a beige at the moment, as soon as spring arrives and it warms up enough her outside walls will be cream!

The accommodation consists of;

1 double bedroom (pictured above)

1 twin bedroom

(there's a pullout bed- making a large double and a single bedded room)

A large comfy lounge with flat screen TV.

A dining area with patio doors leading onto the back garden and the wonderful views

The kitchen is very well equipped with;

Zannussi electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washer, dryer and a dishwasher.

Bathroom with electric shower over bath and a useful extra cloak room. 

There is electric heating through out the property.

The fully enclosed back garden is full of beautiful shrubs and plants.

A lock up shed for outdoor gear and cycle storage.

There is off road parking for 2 cars.

Ecover environmental cleaning products and shower gels are provided .

Tea, coffee,bread and cereals are provided for your first day to ensure you settle in

The weekly rate is £525.00 for March, April May, June, September, October   and £575.00 for July and August.

Easter week is £575.00

We ask for £100 deposit upon booking and full payment 4 weeks before your stay begins.
