Glenartney Guest house
A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure the room reservation, if the deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking we will assume it is cancelled.

Should you wish to cancel your reservation we require notice by 2pm, 3 days prior to the date of arrival. The accommodation part of your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to fill the room allocation. A cancellation charge of £5, to help cover bank and administrative expenses, will be made.

Should you cancel or shorten your reservation within 3 days of the date of arrival the balance must be paid in full. Accommodation only payment will be refunded if we are able to fill the room allocation. A cancellation charge of £5, to help cover bank and administrative charges, will be made.

For group bookings, the party leader is responsible for making all payments to us. If a cancellation is made for a person sharing a room, the full room rate still applies. We don't accept groups of more than 8 people, hen or stag parties.

We regret we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss as a result 'force majeure' (such as industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions and all events out of our control).

Any damage occurring to Glenartney property, fixtures and fittings, other than acceptable wear and tear, will be charged to the guest responsible.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance which covers your UK break.

 

Woodlea Cottage

A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure the cottage, if the deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking we will assume it is cancelled.

Should you wish to cancel your reservation more than 4 weeks before the arrival date. The deposit will be refunded only if we are able to fill the cottage for the dates booked. A cancellation charge of £5, to help cover bank and administrative expenses, will be made.

The balance including a £100.00 refundable housekeeping deposit is due 4 weeks before arrival date.  If cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date the accommodation balance will only be refunded if the vacancy can be filled any additional expenses incurred to fill the booking will be deducted from the balance. 

£100.00 housekeeping deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure with any damage costs deducted. Any damage occurring to Glenartney property, fixtures and fittings, other than acceptable wear and tear, will be charged to the guest responsible.
